Of, By, and For the Marxists

Well the Marxists have done it; they got a good and honorable man, Judge Moore removed from office, for the crime of upholding and abiding by his oath of office. It was his duty first to acknowledge God, and secondly to refuse to obey an un-Constitutional law. According to our Founding Fathers, it's our duty to refuse to obey them as well.

It's one thing to have a recall, so that those who did the electing can remove and replace an official, should they feel he needs replacing. It's quite another to overrule the vote and will of not only the people of that particular state, but the will of the entire country! The last I heard, I believe it was 77% of ALL AMERICA backed Judge Moore. This quite obviously is a travesty of justice.

This particular battle was about the 10 Commandments, and it is definitely a worthy cause, and should be for ALL AMERICANS..regardless of religious beliefs, as I will later explain. But it is only the latest in a series equally despotic of attacks on our collective freedom. These attacks have been carefully and methodically waged by arrogant and over zealous black robed tyrants who wish to create their Marxist utopia. I would be remiss should I fail to mention the aiding and abetting provided by certain Marxist organizations, such as the ACLU and the SPLC (Socialist Party Law Center ?, including "Dees the sleaze")

There's the Boy Scouts that were proclaimed by the court to be a religious organization so they could be denied the use of public facilities. All because they wouldn't cave in to pressure by the Marxists to allow homosexuals in their organization, and they beat them in court. Then there's the people of California, who voted to deny various welfare benefits to non-contributing, freeloading, illegal aliens, only to have a u.S. District Court declare the vote of the people "un-Constitutional". There's the prayer in school issue, the pledge of allegiance issue and countless others.

Every one of these rulings are un-Constitutional, and anyone can see it. The Constitution isn't written in Latin or Greek. It doesn't require any special legal training to comprehend the intent, just a mediocre knowledge of the English language.

To recap a bit, what we have in this latest episode involving the 10 Commandments, is the Marxists claiming that it amounts to Judge Moore violating the "separation of church and state" provision of the Constitution. Allow me to restate what literally hundreds have stated recently....THERE IS NO SUCH PROVISION IN THE CONSTITUTION AND THE WORDS, CHURCH, STATE AND SEPARATION DO NOT EXIST IN THE FIRST AMENDMENT! The only mention of religion in the Constitution, is to restrict the government from either establishing a religion, or interfering with the free exercise of religion. Did Judge Moore establish a religion by placing that monument in the rotunda? Absolutely not!

Furthermore, it takes a very moronic mind, to not recognize the fact that America was established upon Christianity. Read virtually any of the documents from the founding of America, the Mayflower Compact, The Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation or the Constitution itself. Many of these historic documents plainly state that the purpose for coming to this "new world", was for the advancement of the Christian faith.

Aside from all of that, at the very root of all of these issues, is the fact that none of these u.S. District courts are Constitutional within our States. As a matter of fact, they all violate the 9th, 10th and 11th amendments of the Constitution. The only lawful, Constitutional authority for courts such as these are for u.S Territories, such as Puerto Rico and Guam.

Not just the Federal Courts, but the entire Federal Government has no right or authority to involve itself in the internal workings, or issues of a State...period! Such issues are Constitutionally of no concern to the Federal Government....that authority was not delegated to it, therefore it is retained by the States, or the people.

I stated earlier that this attack on the 10 Commandments should concern ALL AMERICANS. Here's why, it is a prime example of how the federal government "bulldozes" it's way over the will of the people. Obviously the concept of "Of, by, and for the people" no longer applies....now it's OF, BY, AND FOR THE MARXISTS!

In each of the examples I mentioned earlier there is a common thread, a common problem.....the u.S. District Courts. So what can we do? We all saw how much good peacefully, passively protesting did in Alabama. We could try to impeach a certain judge, but we probably wouldn't get to first base, with all the legal maneuvering. If we did get a particular judge removed, another one just like him would take his place. The best way to kill a snake, is to cut off his head...we need to cut the head off of this snake.

The Southern Independence Party's Federation of States came up with a plan that could and should decapitate the snake....the plan?....ABOLISH THE FEDERAL DISTRICT COURT SYSTEM . This would not only abolish the courts, but would effectively "neuter" the entire "alphabet soup" of illegal, dictatorial, and tyrannical bureaucracies. Can you picture a State jury or a State Judge throwing an old widow woman out of her house, because the IRS wants more money? I personally can't see it. (State Judges are elected. Federal Judges are appointed for life.)

The Federated Southern Independence Parties are the only group in the "Southern movement" with a real plan to restore our freedom. Take a positive step, download a petition sign it, circulate it and return it to one of the Federated SIP chairmen, or to the Federation of States. Join the Southern Independence Party of Kentucky.
