Mr. Dow, I just received information advising me that you and the City Council of Mobile, Alabama voted to remove the Confederate Battle Flag from its official seal. The job of a politician is to be the voice and sounding board for the people that they serve. Not to cower down at every little complainant from special interest groups and hate groups such as the NAACP.

The South is proud of its heritage and we choose to honor the Confederate Battle Flag for which our ancestors fought and died to defend, on our soil and not that of a foreign country. If you (and the NAACP) knew the facts and true history of the War of Northern Aggression then it might even be possible that you would even find pride in it (90, 000 blacks died fighting for the Confederate States of America.)

However, I doubt that you would since your profession is to sell your soul, heritage and moral values for a paycheck as well as favors from special interest groups. Just remember that the Internet is a powerful tool and I for one will not forget this atrocity you have committed against the South. I "Will Do My Part" to help you re-insert yourself into the private sector.
