NATIONAL PETITION TO
ABOLISH THE FEDERAL DISTRICT COURT SYSTEM
We, the People of our several States in the north, south, east and west, do now hereby petition the Congress of the United States to pass a Bill of Abolishment of the entire Federal District Court System including the associated Federal Agencies, Departments, Services, Commissions and Bureaus operating in our States through the illegal enforcement orders of the unconstitutional U.S. District Courts. The Bill should be entitled "Bill of Abolishment".
This is a demand by the Sovereign People of the United States to their representatives for relief from the unconstitutional oppression which has been unleashed upon us by this unacceptable and illegal abuse of power and intrusion into our States without jurisdiction by the Federal Judiciary and by the Executive Branch with their U. S. (District) Attorneys and an entourage of employees and armed Federal agents of several agencies, bureaus, commissions who accompany and operate in conjunction with these Federal District Court establishments. The 9th, 10th and 11th Amendments to the Constitution make the Judicial Act of 1789 unconstitutional and alter all Federal Jurisdiction within the States. The Bill of Abolishment shall simply enforce the Constitution against unconstitutional Federal Statutes and Federal Court Orders.
We, the following, attest that we are at least 18 years old and are American Citizens.
