Dear Governor Bush:

STAY OF MERCY!

Stop the erroneous court forced terminal starvation!

Call it a

STAY OF MERCY!

For perhaps a better political term, consider issuing a Stay of Mercy

issued under your powers of STAY of EXECUTION.

Please issue an emergency executive order of Mercy to initiate feeding and hydration of Terri Schiavo to preserve her life pending legislative and judicial proceedings until a complete de novo hearing of the current facts has occurred.

Also consider the probable conflict of interest of Terri's former husband and his prejudice against her continuing to live in regards to his suitability to serve

as Terri's guardian and as to his supposed right to murder Terri Schiavo.

Perhaps she should be under State protective custody in the meantime.
