Dear sir,

I read your article with interest. I consider myself a Southern Nationalist, in that I believe in God, family, liberty, the constitution, and that every state is sovereign. With a new Confederacy of these once again independent and sovereign Southern states, the South again can be a political powerhouse. The SIP of Texas has a paramount role in this process of our becoming once again a confederation of Southern states.

In 1861 Southern Nationalism swept through the South like a wildfire. Southern Nationalism, (i.e. The Confederacy) waged a war in defense of the constitution given to us by the founding fathers, and war was waged upon many battlefields in defense of a new nation. It was Southern Nationalism that brought this confederation of sovereign Southern states together in mutual defense of our homelands.

I'm not sure what group has tried to subvert your very fine organization, but y'all are vital to a return to constitutional government within the sovereign states of the Confederacy. Texas is fortunate to have liberty minded individuals of the SIP of Texas hard at work in the state house.

The Old Confederacy can't be restored but a New Confederacy can be built. I would hope that when you again meet with the board of the SIP of Texas, you will discuss becoming a part of a New Confederacy. There is a new organization being formed to bring together all facets of Southern political and heritage groups under the banner of liberty again. The Southern National Congress. With this, we will have a forum for long range strategic planning for Southern independence, of which the SIP of Texas has a vital role to play.

I respectfully request that political differences be laid aside and that you will rightfully and willingly take your place in defense of our countrymen who are embattled at every turn. It's not just in Texas sir, but throughout your sister states of the South. Please rally to our defense also. Texas is sovereign, as is my home state of Georgia, but will you sit idly by while my state is continually raped also? I really don't think so. It is the Southern way to rally in defense of our embattled citizenry and the SIP of Texas has a key roll to play, if only you will. We as individuals are insignificant in the grand scheme of things, but united we will be a political force to be reckoned with throughout the Southland. As you said in your letter, time is of the essence.

Please visit www.SouthernNationalCongress.org and pray upon my letter. If you agree with the concept of a united south, please present it to your board for a vote.

For Southern Independence.
