Federation of States, April 26, 2004 - -The news carried a storey about some Amish people up north who were indicted because two brothers and their father had sexually assaulted their sister (his daughter) for many years which began while she was a child in grade school. The Amish have their own schools and administer their own laws. They had held a church court and had punished these men mildly, but the girl went to the law and filed a complaint which led to indictments.

However, the good news is that justice will be meted out and will make church leaders more cognizant of the need for sharp curtailment of such laxity in their church laws. The bad portion of this story is that it opens the way for the State or Federal government to intrude into religion weakening even further the 1^st Amendment for protection of religion from government.

Leading the way in these criminal exposures of sex crimes being committed by church members and officials was the Roman Catholic Church who had many Priests and Bishops who were accused of molestation of children and the church did little or nothing about it for decades until it has exploded into a nightmare and caused great financial and membership damage to the Roman Catholic church on top of weakening the prohibition of government meddling in church affairs.

Make no mistake, there are communists and fellow travelers deeply rooted in our government today in spite of the collapse of the Soviet Union and the apparent reversion to a more open socialistic democracy. They have a primary goal of destruction of the family and of religion. Note the recent attack upon the Ten Commandments monument in the Alabama Supreme Court Building.

The Communist Manifesto is not only the bible to members of the Communist Party USA, but is also practiced by socialists and deeply rooted fellow travelers (pinkos) in government today, both of which have avoided the stigma of being a card carrying member of CPUSA. Just as you can tell a duck by the way it quacks and waddles, you can tell communists (members and otherwise) by the way they quack, waddle and mess in the laws and administration of our government to both weaken the United States militarily and to strengthen centralism (socialism and federalism) and public dole for the people (their proletariat) dependence upon the bureaucrats of government.

The Communist Manifesto teaches in part:

A heavy progressive or graduated income tax. [IRS - involuntary servitude]

Centralization of credit in the hands of the State, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly. [Federal Reserve Bank (foreign owned) - foreign control over banks and credit and thus somewhat over large corporations]

Centralization of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the State. [FCC controls and a small group of mostly liberal owners of the media]

Free [mandatory] education (government propaganda) for all children in public schools. [Department of Education]. [the State assumes control over the children].

Communism abolishes eternal truths, it abolishes all religion, and all morality, instead of constituting them on a new basis; it therefore acts in contradiction to all past historical experience. [Strong anti-religion measures, Abortion, Feminism, Free Love without family obligation, Homosexuality promoted, Pornography promoted , but Destruction of cultural Heritage and tribal or racial distinctions, promotion of New Age Religion or Atheism].

Do not forget the glee with which dangerous and immoral men in the Federal government attacked with tanks and helicopters with machine guns blazing against the Davidian Church in Waco, Texas. The alleged excuse was illegal weapons, but later the Feds tried to tell the public that the church leader was having sex with 13 year old girls with the parents permission. That would be a crime in Texas, but the local Sheriff had investigated several times and had found no evidence to support legal action. Nevertheless, the Feds deliberately slaughtered the men, women and children by first gassing them with tanks which injected flammable fluid and powder filling the compound prior to firing mortar flares into the building and burning it up with the people inside. Worse still, the Feds machine gunned the people trying to escape the burning building.

Janet Reno, the evil Attorney General at the time apparently felt that killing the children delivered them from a worse life in a cult. This thinking was noticed by many Feds. (Destroy religion?).

The Episcopal Church has suffered a major split due to a northern group who confirmed an openly homo sexual Bishop which shows moral decay in that church also and which will likely in the future expose certain Priests who have committed sex crimes against minors. Other Protestant churches have had similar incidents on a lesser basis.

The doors are now wide open for an increase in communist inspired and controlled government investigations into churches coupled with attacks upon religion under the pretense of other violations, real or imagined.

This leads us to the latest news about a Mormon splinter group in Colorado City, Arizona bordering Utah. This century old group calls themselves FLDS or Fundamental Latter Day Saints has had serious problems from the law in decades past. Today, we are advised that the FLDS church (a trust) owns the property and the houses in their town and only church members are allowed to live therein. If they get crosswise with the church leaders they are expelled from their homes and from the town. That sounds bad, but it is not illegal since the church owns the property involved like ordinances over property and homes in certain neighborhoods.

However, recently a couple of girls escaped and reportedly are testifying about the childhood rape they suffered and how girls who escape are sometimes kidnaped and returned to the town. If supported by evidence, these are serious crimes. However, it would be up to the Sheriff to investigate and make any arrests that could be supported so long as the District Attorney is willing to press for indictments. If anyone knows of or has evidence about the crimes of child molestation or child rape or kidnaping by the FLDS church people (or anyone else) they should contact the Sheriff of the county involved and report what they know. The Sheriff can and likely will investigate and may already be involved in investigating and your information might help complete a string of evidence needed to get indictments. Do not involve Federal officials as this is a State matter.

It has been reported that one of the leaders of this FLDS has established a 1300 acre camp (supposedly a hunting retreat) in El Dorado, Texas. If these things are happening there and the Texas Sheriff can develop evidence suitable for the County District Attorney to seek indictments, then justice can visit the Texas operation as well. So far Schleicher County Sheriff David Doran who has been investigating the report stated: "However, at this time I have seen no evidence of wrongdoing or anything else that would make me think that the project is anything other than a hunting retreat."

While it is correct to oppose serious crimes such as the allegations of child molestation and rape we cannot fall into the trap of shutting down a religion or church unless they have committed felonies and then we would only be justified in seeking the violators and not the church or religion itself.

We must avoid allowing the Federal government to have another opportunity for another Waco event. The government simply cannot be trusted. But, the opportunity for illicit government to come in and destroy a church is being provided by these outrageous crimes being reported and by the acquiescence of the church leaders involved. Such leaders allowing these practices are damaging our freedoms in this country and we must stop their crimes while at the same time keeping the Federal government's nose out of all of the Churches above mentioned. We should, however, on a local basis pressure church leaders to be strict in these areas and report the problems to the Sheriff themselves. In this fashion we can reduce the damage to innocent children and to our freedom of religion in general.

Get citizens groups together and go to meet the Sheriff of your county. Let him know that you want pedophiles who sexually assault children prosecuted. Likewise, however, let him know that you believe that law enforcement locally, especially of child molestation or rape and kidnaping, is a job to be done locally under his office and not be Federal agents such as FBI or Federal Marshals and that the State has courts for such crimes to be tried. Did you know that a Sheriff has the legal authority to arrest FBI Agents and Federal Marshals in his county?

Help prevent another Federal government Waco holocaust. Let your Sheriff know that you do not believe the Federal courts have constitutional jurisdiction inside your State. A few Sheriffs know this, but most are impressed because they have been invited up for training by the FBI in Virginia and are more than happy to include and work with FBI agents in their own counties.
