Bush Reveals Dark Philosophy on Independence

Vance J. Beaudreau

In an article by Ron Fournier of the Associated Press, Washington, D.C., April 26, 2001, entitled “President ‘practical’ about cuts” the President revealed more of his program for Taiwan, particularly the military equipment that the United States will sell to Taiwan.  The President justified his decision not to sell Taiwan the 4 Aegis Class Destroyers they wanted at this time and instead offered 4 Kid Class Destroyers. The Kid class destroyers could be delivered in 2002, whereas the Aegis Class Destroyers would not be ready before 2008.  Bush did leave the possibility open for Taiwan to buy the Aegis Destroyers later if China continues to threaten militarily  and Taiwan does nothing to provoke China.  Of course, China had most vigorously demanded that the U. S. not sell the Aegis Destroyers to Taiwan.

That is where the Republican philosophy on independence became apparent.  China considers Taiwan a breakaway  province  that must  be  reunited  with  the  mainland.   Bush  inferred that so long as Taiwan does not provoke China that the United States would honor the 1979 Taiwan relations Act which requires Washington to provide Taiwan  with “such defense articles and defense services – as may be necessary to enable Taiwan to maintain a sufficient self-defense capability.”

The article states that Bush  hedged  when asked if his view on military force would change if Taiwan provoked China by declaring its independence from Beijing;  “I will certainly hope that Taiwan  would not do such.  Our policy is a one-China policy – that the two nations can resolve their disputes peacefully.  And we need to work with the Taiwanese so that does not occur – a breach of the one China policy. [By a Taiwanese Declaration of Independence]

Well, folks, most conservatives and even confederates voted for Bush as a lesser of two evils.  However, many have gone to sleep now believing that we are in good hands and everything will be okay.

Yet, what we see exposed as the U. S. policy on Taiwan is more than just appeasement under the threats from China.  Rather this exposes a long time philosophy of the Republican Party which began under Abraham Lincoln.  Outgoing President James Buchanan believed that the Southern States had a right to secede and a right to be independent of Washington.  President Buchanan even allowed the Confederacy to peacefully take control of most Southern ports.

However, Lincoln clearly had another very dangerous and onerous view.  Lincoln believed that the Federal government of the U. S. was not only superior to the various State Republics who had joined under the contract of the constitution to form the United States, but he believed that a super state had been created which was greater than its creators and, in fact, he even believed that the United States created the various States within the United States and that they had not been independent prior to 1789.  (Great Britain proclaimed the American States Independent in 1783)

Although, Lincoln's Republicans continued to claim to believe in the right of the colonies to gain their independence from Great Britain, he did not believe the States had a right to secede nor to claim their independence.  (Remember, Lincoln was an attorney; a rather smooth double speak attorney who could rationalize anything to his way of thinking).  Lincoln and the new Republican party closed the door on freedom and liberty that the colonial forefathers had fought to gain through independence from Great Britain.  As it turned out, Lincoln was as bad as King George had been.

Freedom and State sovereignty was lost.  Centralist (Federal) tyranny replaced it in Washington.  While many important people and newspapers in the North opposed Lincoln’s war and preferred to let the South have its independence, Lincoln shut down such newspapers and jailed and even hung the dissidents in the North like the worst of dictators.  The Republicans even refused to allow some Northern Senators access to the Senate during critical votes to prosecute Lincoln’s war of Northern aggression against the Southern States.

Lincoln himself declared war on April 15, 1861 against the Confederate States of America, but there is no record that the U. S. Congress ever authorized the declaration.  Lincoln began ruling by executive order, like King George.  Surprisingly, letters have been found which were received by President Lincoln from no less than Karl Marx, who at the time was a foreign correspondent for the New York Daily Tribune.  (Communication and Appeasement with Communists over the years, however, has not been restricted to the Republican Party)

But, it was the Republican Party in 1861 who established the One-United States Indivisible policy and who viciously and militarily opposed independence by the Southern States.  We now see that the Republican Party of 2001 still operates with the same “indivisible” policy in the case of Taiwan.  This evidenced a deeper source for this anti-independence policy.  It is the policy of the super rich establishment.

President Bush and Communist China agree on the one-China policy.  We can expect George W. Bush to exhibit the New World Order / Bilderberg policy against independence for the South.  Help will not come from the Republican nor the Democratic Parties.  Is it not obvious that the accelerated attacks against Confederate heritage have been substantially backed by both Democratic and Republican administrations?

Last year, during the Clinton administration, the Pentagon ordered name changes on streets on U.S. military bases in the South which had for 5 or 6 decades been named after Confederate Generals.  Now that are  named after Northern Generals and other Northern heroes.  The department of education has been vicious in its opposition to the Confederate flag depicting St. Andrews cross.  The Federal government has had its puppet governors of the satellite States now operating in the South remove such flags from their States, without public permission because “someone was offended.”

So, you Republican Confederates, please take a closer look at what is happening in Washington.  It is time for you to discard your mistaken trust in the Republican Party and become active in the Southern confederation movement.  Reform is a dead issue and will never accomplish more than a face lift and certainly will never restore the Confederate States of America as an Independent Free and  Sovereign Nation in the world.   Instead, you will get the New World Order as directed by United Nations Troops.

There have been wealthy Republicans of influence dedicated to this One World Plantation since Lincoln and before.  They are similar to the Monarchists and Tories that plagued America from 1776 through the Andrew Jackson years and who were most at home with the Republican party of Lincoln.

Today, the people in the South are rebelling against the high handed and obvious elitist control of their states and a new and serious effort has begun to Restore the Confederate States of America as an independent, Free and Sovereign Nation by the formation of the Southern Independence Party sponsored by eight Southern States.

There will be a National Convention of the Southern Independence Party sponsored by the Federation of States which will be held in Jackson, Mississippi on Saturday, May 12, 2001 at the Edison Walthall Hotel where the national party will be organized by the several State parties now existing.  This will be an historic event open to the public.
